Please find attached the SCA 4.1 Appendix F attachment 1 (i.e. requirements spreadsheet) in its original file format (.XLSX).  Cells containing existing text are read-only but a user may annotate in blank cells and filter cells based on font color or text. Please note this is the exact same content provided in the PDF version posted to the SCA public website and no changes have been made.

By sharing this document of mutual interest with the WInnF and its members, the Joint Tactical Networking Center aims to preserve consistency of SCA 4.1 requirements (i.e. numbering, text, and attributes).
