WInnComm-Europe 2015 Exhibition Contract for Space
The Exhibitor's application for space at the WInnComm-Europe 2015 product exposition constitutes a contract for the right to use the space, subject to payment for the rental, in accordance with the following conditions:
1. Use of Exhibit
The Exhibitor shall provide adequate staff for maintenance and operation of its exhibit during exhibit hours. All demonstrations and other promotional activities, including distribution of promotional material, shall be confined to the limits of the exhibit space. Sufficient space must be provided within the exhibit space for the comfort and safety of persons watching demonstrations and other promotional activities. The Exhibitor is responsible for keeping the aisles near its exhibit space free of congestion caused by demonstrations or other promotions. The exhibitor shall not assign, sublet, or share the exhibit space without the express written consent of the Forum. No exhibit may exceed eight feet in height, nor may the height of the exhibit along the sides of the booth exceed three feet; interference with the light and space of other exhibitors is prohibited, as are glaring lights and loud music or amplified voice which may interfere with other exhibitors. Display materials may not expose an unfinished surface to neighboring exhibit spaces.
2. Liability
The Forum and the conference host assume no liability whatsoever for loss or damage, through any cause, of goods, exhibits or other materials owned, rented or leased by the exhibitor. Neither the Forum nor the host is responsible for theft, loss or damage to Exhibitor's property in the booth space or at the Exposition.
3. Shipment Information
Shipping information will be provide to all exhibitors and sponsors
4. Hours
The Exhibition hall will be open to meeting attendees from 10:00 to 10:30, 12:00 to 2:00 PM, 3:30 to 4:00 PM and 5:00 to 6:30 PM on Wednesday, October 7. The hall will be available to set up booths at 8:00AM on Wednesday October 7; all material must be removed from the exhibition hall by 9:00 PM on Wednesday, October 7. Exhibition hours are subject to change, and exhibitors will be notified of changes should they occur.
5. Payments and Cancellation
All fees are due within 30 days of invoice. This contract may not be cancelled after 30 September 2015.
6. Miscellaneous
This contract contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the WInnComm-Europe 2014 product exposition; there are no other agreements, representations or warrants except as expressly set forth herein.
7. Attendee List
A softcopy list of attendees will be provided to each sponsor and exhibitor. This list may be used for ONE bulk meeting follow-up email solicitation, which must be clearly stated on the email, and must provide an opt-in option for the receiver to remain on the exhibitor's solicitation list. The email must conform to all stipulations put forth in the U.S. CAN-SPAM act (http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/business/ecommerce/bus61.shtm) and other applicable national and international laws.
8. Contract to exhibit does NOT include admission to the main conference. Registration for a single representative from a non-member exhibiting company to the conference shall be provided at the member registration rate. Members of staff working in the exhibit area and not attending conference sessions will be required to fill in an identification form and must be badged.
